Baby diapers should be prepared for a newborn before the birth. The fabric of the diaper should be of soft, absorbent, and washable cotton. Changing 3 to 4 pieces of diaper a day can solve the problem, and there is no need to clean the diaper. Indeed, disposable diapers have their advantages, such as good water absorption. A small amount of urine is quickly sucked dry and the baby does not feel wet, reducing the possibility of baby crying. However, when the urine accumulates to a certain extent, it can still be in contact with the skin. If it is not replaced in time, the skin of the child's buttocks will have eczema, and even the skin will have ulcers. More seriously, bacterial or fungal infections occur in succession. As the urine evaporates, the salt in the urine will also irritate the child's delicate skin. If the baby is allergic to the chemical fibers in the disposable diaper, it can cause severe dermatitis. If parents do not notice timely that their baby has bowel movements, the bacteria in the stool can invade the urethra (especially for baby girl) and cause an ascending urinary tract infection, which has a greater impact on the child's health.
